Who we are
Invigor Adolescent Care Ltd provides specialist residential homes for young people aged 10 to 17 across Greater Manchester. We support young people with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs, in homes that are registered and regulated by Ofsted.
We are a Manchester-based organisation with deep working knowledge of local authority processes. Our teams are made up of experienced keyworkers and senior practitioners, and every placement is built around an individual care plan developed and reviewed in partnership with commissioning authorities.
Our name carries our belief. Believe to Achieve runs through the three pillars that shape everything we do, Learn, Care and Live, and through the daily work of giving each young person the structure, safety and relationships they need to grow.

Our people
Our team is made up of experienced care practitioners, keyworkers, and support staff who are united by one shared belief, that every young person deserves a home where they feel safe, valued, and believed in.
Roles across our homes
Every Invigor home is staffed by a team built around the young people living in it.
Accountable for each home, its regulatory compliance, and the quality of care delivered within it.
Lead practice on shift, support and supervise keyworkers, and hold the therapeutic framework day to day.
The consistent relationship at the centre of each young person’s placement, from daily routines to care plan reviews.
Deliver everyday care, structure, and activities, and build the ordinary moments that make a house a home.
Work with schools, colleges, and external services so learning and wellbeing support stay joined up.
